ticket 313: backport fixes to pgch so it supports threading, plus cleanup in ch.py (copyright) and the XMLRPC servers (ensure server stash of certs cleared)

Note in CHANGES that this is 2.2.1 plus commit a6ab97de. Change default in ch.py to make the ch multi-threaded.

Fix the regex for extracting default_project lines from the
omni_config file to handle hyphenated project names. Be more flexible
with whitespace and comment characters.

 - added flag --pick-project that is false by default, so that if a user
   wants to pick a different project they can
 - modified the code to handle the case that a user is in no project
 - modified the selectProject() to indicate the default selection
   of the user in the portal

The only thing left is to generate the actualy config file

  * added 'portal' in the -f option
  * added '-z, --portal-bundle' option that defaults to
    ~/Downloads/omni-bundle.zip for specifying the location
    of the omni bundle.
